Have you ever needed to log into the secure LSCC website and find out when an event is scheduled on the LSCC Calendar, but you can’t find your assigned Username and Password? Unfortunately, that happens to the best of us. So I’m going show you how easy it is to reset your Password using the following instructions.

First, click the Member Login link on the LSCC Home Page. Next on the Login screen, click the Forgot My Username/Password link. Next, enter your Email Address and First Name. Finally, click the OK button. The LSCC website will send an email with your Username and Password to the Email Address you supplied.

Have you ever needed to contact a club member about an event, caravan, parade, dinner cruise, etc., but the member isn’t listed in the printed directory? Well, you can always use the LSCC On-Line Directory to obtain member contact information. I’m going show you how easy it is using the following instructions.

First, log into the Home page. Next, click the LSCC Membership Directory link on the left and then click the Membership Directory button in the middle of the page. Next, enter the member’s Last Name in the Search For box and click the Search button. The website search will display the number of members found with the last name entered. Simply click on the member’s Name you desire to obtain profile information, or click the rolodex card to send an email.

Have you ever logged into the LSCC website and discovered you were logged in with your Spouse’s user-name and password? How in the world did that happen? Well, if you only have one (1) PC or Laptop in your home, it only has one (1) Windows User account and you’re using Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser, then the root cause is the Browsing History cache. However, I’m going show you how easy it is to resolve this problem using the following instructions.

First, open the Internet Explorer browser. Next, right click in the open space to the right of the current Tab. Next, ensure the “Menu Bar” is selected. If it isn’t, simply click the “Menu Bar” selection. Next, click “Tools” and then click “Delete browsing history”. Next, ensure the Delete browsing history options match and then click the “Delete” button. When IE finishes the deletion it will display a small box at the bottom of the browser. Simply click the “X” button to close the small box.
